The Journal 

Acta Ortopédica Brasileira, the official organ of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the Universidade de São Paulo, School of Medicine (DOT/FMUSP), operates under a continuous publication model of bi-monthly issues (Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun, July/Aug, Sept/Oct and Nov/Dec) with an English version available on the main national and international indexers and teaching institutions in Brazil. It is now recognized as an important contribution to the field, thanks to the serious and hard work put into achieving its current indexations.
